A Mooreland man was injured Wednesday morning when the semi he was driving hit a cow in the road near Chester.
David Scott McIntosh, 49, was admitted to Seiling Hospital in stable condition with head, trunk, arm and leg injuries, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.
The accident happened at 5:20 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. 60 4.1 miles east of Chester in Major County.
According to the report, McIntosh was driving a 2018 Kenworth pulling a tanker trailer west on U.S. 60w hen he hit a cow in the road. The semi overturned and went off the road. It rolled one time and came to rest in the south ditch.
McIntosh was wearing a seat belt, according to the report.
