A fairly busy agenda will greet Woodward City Commissioners on Monday night.

The meeting is set for 7 p.m. in the commission room at city hall.

Commissioners will take up an agreement with Architects in Partnership as well as a contract with the Woodward Main Street program.

The Architects in Partnership agreement is for architectural services for the proposed new fire station at 2400 Williams Avenue.

The Main Street contract is an annual renewal of the $45,000 agreement with the organization for professional services.

Also on the agenda is discussion of the hangar rental agreement at the West Woodward Airport and a transfer of title to property to the Woodward County Emergency Medical Service.

EMS is requesting title to the property it currently leases from the city in order to build a new facility.

Commissioners will also consider approving an expenditure from the Woodward Public Library Pooled Income Fund. The library is looking to move its public Internet computers to a centralized location in the library.

Also on the agenda are a couple of items regarding the Reynolds Addition. One is to vacate the plat and declare an emergency, then the second is to re-plat block 2 of the addition. The idea is to have fewer and larger lots in that block to be used for homes.

On the consent agenda, there are a number of facility use agreements with Main Street, DWTA Helicopters, 1000 Hills Ranch Church, ABATE Chapter 69, Body Rock Boot Camp and the Moose and Elks Lodge. Another item involves reaffirming the sports complex user agreement with Northwest OK Kids.

Another item involves declaring certain items surplus property and authorizing their disposal. Old shelves from the library are being declared as surplus and they will be donated to the Shattuck Public Library.
