Enrollment for pre-kindergarten and new students at Woodward Public Schools is underway and runs through July 26. After a break, enrollment will open up again on Aug. 5, school officials said.

You can enroll at the Woodward Schools Enrollment Office in the administration building, 1023 10th St. Hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday through Thursday.

To enroll your student, the following documents are required with the registration forms:

• The student's state issued birth certificate (a hospital certificate cannot be accepted)

• Current immunization records - all shots must be updated by start of school

• Proof of residency (a utility bill such as gas, electric, water or a copy of a lease that shows your name. No phone bills will be accepted.)

• Valid parent ID

• Other items if applicable (custodial papers, Indian card, etc.)

Officials said they can not request records unless you have all of the required documents upon enrolling.
