A man was charged Monday in Woodward County District Court with rape - second degree.
According to court records, Antonio Ignaco Garcia-Solis, 18, is accused of having sex with an underage female over period of several months.
According to an affidavit filed with the charges, both the minor and Garcia-Solis admitted they had been in a relationship for approximately five months.
Bond for Garcia-Solis was set at $10,000 by Associate District Judge Don Work and included no contact with the victim.
A preliminary hearing has been set for 9:30 a.m. on April 30.

In another case, a woman was charged on Tuesday with felony possession of a controlled dangerous substance - methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
Tina Marie West, aka Tina Marie Pierce, 32, of Newcastle, was also charged with a misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, according to court records.
Court records indicate West/Pierce also has two previous felony convictions from cases in 2010 and 2014.
Woodward police arrested West/Pierce on outstanding warrants during a traffic stop Monday according to an affidavit and during a search of her purse at the jail allegedly found two baggies with a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine.
West/Pierce was a passenger in the vehicle. The driver and another passenger were released from the scene, according to the affidavit.
She is being held on bond of $100,000 and has a preliminary hearing on Dec. 18 at 9:30 a.m.
