Possible approval of a bid for 2 or more motor graders for Highway District No. 2 is one of the top agenda item for the county commission meeting today at 10 a.m. in the county courthouse.
Monday is the usual meeting day, but it was moved this week due to the Labor Day Holiday.
The grader bids were tabled during the last regularly scheduled meeting for further inspection and consideration. Also, sealed bids for a portable milling machine for Highway District No. 1 will be opened.
Commissioners will discuss a programming resolution for Highway District No. 1 for a chip and seal project on Cedardale Road.
The agenda also includes a resolution determining maximum monthly highway expenditures for September and monthly reports of county officers.
A proposal from K&M Plastering, LLC will be discussed on whether or not to apply E.F.I.S. covering on the courthouse front and sides.
"It's the same covering they put over the new jail," said Ron Hohweiler, County Clerk.
Commissioners will also discuss an Oklahoma Department of Commerce contract for the NW Domestic Crisis Services Emergency Solutions Grant.
