Woodward Middle School and Woodward High School will be holding their spring concert May 3 at 7 p.m. in the Woodward High School auditorium.

“It’s a little bit different kind of program this year,” said Choir Director Linda Kessinger. “We’ve been doing a lot of individual work.”

Kessinger said there will be several solo performances including two sixth grade solos along with some duets, a trio and a ladies’ ensemble.

Other features include a performance of the song “Gloria” by the seventh through twelfth grade choirs combined and “Highlights from Chicken Little” by the fifth through twelfth grade choirs combined.

Also on May 12 the middle school choirs will be taking a trip to perform in a competition at Frontier City in Oklahoma City.
