Woodward County Commissioner agenda for their regular meeting on Feb. 4 consists of a few discussions, resolutions, applications and a sealed bid. Meeting is 10 a.m. Monday.

Andrew Land will be at the meeting to discuss updates with Pioneer Telephone to add the District Attorney’s office to the plan and possibly improve rates for the courthouse.

Commissioners will consider the appointment of a Human Resources employee. They will discus a District 2 rural water OEDA Reap Grant for drilling a water well.

A resolution will be considered for the declaration of surplus of a John Deere 624J Wheel Loader for District 1 which is then to be considered to be sold by sealed bids.

Another resolution is for determining the maximum monthly highway expenditures for January and a resolution for disposing of equipment for the Woodward County Treasurer.

Designation of a Chief Deputy will be considered for all three districts.

A resignation letter from the Woodward County Flood Plains Management Board will be presented for acceptance.

Monthly reports for county officers for January and four week payroll will be presented for approval.

Two applications for permit public service pipeline crossings will be considered from Tapstone Energy for produced water pipelines in District 2, sections 25 and 30.
