The Woodward Board of Education is preparing for the upcoming school year, renewing a number of annual contracts and agreements on the agenda for a regularly scheduled meeting Monday evening.
The Board will vote on a request for approval of State Aid and/or Federal Fund for the general fund followed by temporary appropriation for fiscal year 2019-2020.
They will take action on a resolution for Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate) and the Certified Salary Scale for 2019-2020.
The Board will vote to name McCarren Caputa as an adjunct teacher for Woodward High School Drama, one hour each day and competitive extra-curricular performances for the 2019-2020 school year.
Votes will be taken on cosigners for the Woodward Public Schools Activity Fund Account and the contract salaries for 2018-2019 Summer STREAM; students, bus drivers, child nutrition workers, paraprofessionals, certified teachers and directors.
In an executive session, the board will discuss the June District Personnel Report and the quarterly evaluation of Superintendent Kyle Reynolds.
The board meets at 6 p.m. in the school administration building, 10th and Main.
