Annie visits Woodward

Annie greeted her admirers with nervous barking at the Woodward County Courthouse on Tuesday morning. Pawsitive Restorations Animal Rescue Executive Director Krissy Mosbarger brought her from Colorado for surgery to amputate one of her legs. Woodward Animal Hospital Veterinarian Michael Didier, who originally treated the dog upon rescue will be performing the procedure. Annie was rescued in March in Woodward County. Maranda Weber, who was charged with cruelty to animals in Annie’s case, has two court appearances coming up according to the district attorney’s office - a hearing on a motion to revoke bond on Aug. 25 at 2 p.m. and a preliminary hearing on Dec. 7 at 2 p.m. (Photo by Dawnita Fogleman)
