Four suspects arrested in Buffalo this weekend on counterfeiting charges could appear in Harper County District Court later this week.

Harper County Sheriff Marty Drew said that Dustin Harmon, Justin Sparks, Felix Ceniceros and Tommy Waddle Jr. are likely to appear before a judge Thursday.

According to Harper County court records, all four of the suspects have been charged with possession of forged notes, which is a crime punishable by a fine up to $10,000 and imprisonment not exceeding seven years. And since they all allegedly worked together, they have also been charged with conspiracy which is punishable by imprisonment of up to 10 years or a fine up to $5,000 or both.

Harmon, Sparks, Ceniceros and Waddle were arrested after the Harper County Sheriff’s Office worked in conjunction with Woodward Police Department following counterfeit reports received from three convenience stores in Woodward where the suspects passed off fake $100 bills.

The suspects confessed to the crimes in Woodward, Drew said, and also confessed to passing off other fake bills at stores in the Oklahoma City area as well.
