Woodward’s Plains Indians and Pioneers Museum will be hosting an exhibit titled “Farm Machinery in Miniature” Saturday through Dec. 29.

The exhibit will be a show of miniature farm machinery from the collection Elmer Maddux of Mooreland.

According to Museum Director Robert Roberson the exhibit will showcase a timeline of cultivating machinery as well as harvest equipment.

“It’s going to be pretty educational, I think,” said Roberson. “I’ve learned a lot already.”

The miniature farm equipment in the show is selected from the approximate 2,600- piece collection of Maddux.

A reception will be held for Maddux at the museum Saturday from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. The public is invited to attend. For further information contact the Plains Indians and Pioneers Museum at (580) 256-6136.
