Mittendorf-Latta wedding

Joni Rae Mittendorf and Riley Hugh Latta were united in marriage on March 14, 2009 at the First Baptist Church in Woodward. The Rev. Mike Duncan officiated.

Mittendorf is the daughter of Mike Mittendorf of Shattuck and Shena Hobbs of Woodward. Her grandparents are Ray and Tottie Dyer of Vanceburg, KY, Bob and Betty Friend of Anderson, IN and John and Emily Mittendorf of Shattuck.

Latta’s parents are Kent and Lynda Latta of Gage. Grandparents are Jim and Phyllis Bohling of May and Dwight and Sue Latta of Ft. Supply.

Joni wore a candlelight floor length gown with crystal beading featured on the bodice and flowing down the full train. The same crystal beading accented her veil. She carried a bouquet of orange tiger lilies and green calla lilies.

Lindsey Good served as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Valerie Williamson, Shelby Latta, Michaela Green, Jacqualine Mittendorf and Miranda Mittendorf. They wore black tea length dresses with kiwi green ties and rhinestone brooches. The Flower girls were Kaydence and Kaylana Berry.

The Best Man was Rigo Aranda and groomsmen included D.J. Henderson, Tyler Latta, Trent Long, Patrick Stein and Christopher Carlton. Ring bearer was Kasen Dunham. All wore black suits with orange ties. The soloist was Tim Good.

Their reception followed at the Josie Adams Cultural Center and servers were Skyler Selby and Jessica Orcutt.

After a honeymoon trip to Cozumel, Mexico, the couple is making their home in Gage. Joni is continuing her education and Riley is employed by Northwestern Electric.
