12:06 a.m.  9-1-1 call (caller advising he caught a couple of guys trying to steal his vehicle, he chased guys down the street), 700 block of Jackson Ave.

9:45 a.m.  Forgery report (no details given), report made at WPD station

10:48 a.m.  Suspicious activity (caller advising she found 5 pills in her son's Halloween bag), 3300 block of 22nd St.

11:26 a.m.  Extra patrol requested (caller wanting patrol for speeders in area), 1400 block of 18th St.

11:26 a.m.  Outside assist (caller advising behind a vehicle driven by a person with warrants), 6th St. and Railroad Tracks

11:58 a.m.  Larceny (caller advising needed to speak with officer about a stolen phone), 25th St. and Oklahoma Ave.

5:54 p.m.  9-1-1 call (caller advising of a non-injury accident), 2100 block of Oklahoma Ave.

7:31 p.m.  9-1-1 call (caller advising of a boy approximately 13 carrying a backpack and thinks may be runaway), 48th Street

9:34 p.m.  9-1-1 call (caller advising of a disturbance in apartment above him, then advised people were running back and forth being loud), 1600 block of Elmview St.

11:15 p.m.  9-1-1 call (caller advising heard her dogs barking and went outside and thought she heard someone fire a gun, but couldn't see because of fence), 1700 block of Oak Ave.
