Weight A Minute: "How You Doin'?"

Woodward News

— Okay how many of you read that in the voice of Joey Tribbiani from the sitcom Friends? Okay now how many of you went back and read it a second time using his voice in your head? Okay how many of you said it out loud?

See how repetition works? If you do something over and over again it sticks. Practice makes perfect. It takes 30 days to form a habit. I know, I know, you've heard them all.

So how is everyone doing? It's almost the end of March and only 2 months since you set your new years resolutions. It's time to ask the hard questions and get down to business!

How am I doing?

Have I accomplished any of my goals?

Is there something I can change today?

How do I want to live my life?

Am I a good example to those around me?

Am I  a stumbling block to someone or am I building them up?

Some hard questions true, but ones we should ask ourselves. I'm sure quite a few of us made goals to attain at the stroke of midnight 2012. Perhaps, you even ate your black eyed peas (I know we did). Remember though, just making a list and eating your peas won't change anything. Only you possess the ability to make changes in your life.

So I ask you again, "How you doin'?"
