Woodward, Okla. — Edna Luella Currier, 75, of Coldwater, Kan., died Dec. 7, 2012 at the Pioneer Lodge in Coldwater.
She was born on Dec. 13, 1936 in Woodward to Harry Edward "Pete" and Alice Rosamond "Rose" (Lapeer) Miller. She married Robert "Bob" Currier on Dec. 6, 1969 at Coldwater, Kan. She was a homemaker.
She was a resident of Coldwater, Kan., moving there in 1969, previously living in Woodward. She graduated from Woodward High School in 1955 and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Coldwater.
She is survived by her husband Bob Currier of Coldwater, Kan.; 4 sons, David E. Shaw and wife Jan of Dodge City, Kan.: Darrell L. Shaw of Dodge City, Kan.; Paul F. Shaw and wife Kellie of Woodward and Danny Shaw and wife Angela of Coldwater, Kan.; one daughter, Patty Currier of Kansas City, Mo.; one brother, H. L. Miller of Edmond; one sister, Maxine Johnson of Clinton; 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son Patrick Robert Currier, one brother, Joe H. Miller, and one sister, Betty Marie Shaw.
Memorial service is at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 14 at Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home in Coldwater, Kan.
Memorials may be made to Pioneer Lodge in care of the funeral home.
