Woodward, Okla. — Robertta Waggoner, 88 year old Woodward resident, died Monday, July 22, 2013 in Oklahoma City. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 26, 2013 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Jerrod Covert officiating. Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery under the directions of the Billings Funeral Home.

Robertta Irene (Lehman) Waggoner was born July 22, 1925 North of Woodward; she was the daughter of Oscar and Ola Maude (Fike) Lehman. She attended a small rural county school before transferring to Woodward High School. On July 22, 1943, Robertta was married to Elmer Eugene Waggoner in Woodward. To this union, five children were born, Joyce Faye, Eugene, Jerry, Ronnie and Kathy. Robertta stayed at home with her children while they were young. Robertta and Elmer later went on wheat harvest to North and South Dakota. She also worked at the Wayfarer Inn. Robertta and Elmer were married for 63 years before Elmer preceded her in death on March 4, 2007. She loved her family, her children, grands and greats and loved spending time with them.

Robertta is survived by one daughter, Kathy Coons of Seiling; two sons, Eugene Waggoner and wife Marilyn; Ronnie Waggoner and wife Charolett; one daughter-in-law Mary Waggoner, all of Woodward; grandchildren, Machelle Steuart and husband Barry; Jeffrey Waggoner and wife Alisha; Shane Waggoner and wife Staci; Johnny Waggoner and wife Sarah; Robert Cooper and wife Yuka; Tammy Smith and husband Lloyd; Troy Waggoner and wife Monica; Stacey Mapes and husband Joey; Tim Dunkin and wife Trina; Sherry Martin and husband Darin; Brian Coons; Dirk Coons and wife Jennifer; 30 great grandchildren; six great great grandchild; three brothers, Leo Lehman and wife Joy Dee of Bethany; Kenneth Lehman and wife Lois of Tuttle; Duane Lehman and wife Barbara of Oklahoma City; one sister, Linda Kotwitz of Yukon; special friend, Percy Cope of Woodward; several nieces, nephews , other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Joyce Faye; one son Jerry; one sister, Norma Miller; granddaughter Tony Waggoner; daughter-in-law Zeta Waggoner; son-in-law Lynn Coons and infant brother, Oscar Jr. Memorials may be made to Panhandle Nutrition with the funeral home accepting the memorials.
