Covalt Real Estate, on Oklahoma Avenue in Woodward.  He enjoyed working in real estate along with his partner Eldon (Bud) Nelson.  Alvin and Bud enjoyed friends Gordon Lawson, Bill Williams, Allen Covalt, Basil Martin and others who stopped by to drink coffee.  Alvin served on the MAPC Board for several years.
