Woodward, Okla. —
Terry Creason 57, year old Woodward resident, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 13, 2013, at his home in Woodward. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Living Word Fellowship in Woodward with Reverend Eric Cox and Reverend Kenneth Creason officiating. Interment will be in the Elmwood Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home
Terry Harlan Creason was born on March, 14 1956 to Fred Curtis and Erika (Vogal) Creason in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He spent his early years in Germany, as well as Montana, and Okmulgee, OK. He graduated from Okmulgee High School in 1974 and then went to work at the Sapulpa Glass Plant with his father. He later worked for BNSF Railway Company before starting his career with Phillips Petroleum / DCP Midstream where he worked for 29 years.
He was united in marriage to Martina Fernandez on November 7, 1998 in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their home in Woodward and have lived here since that time. Terry loved being with his family, especially his wife who he loved making happy.
Terry was a faithful member of the Living Word Fellowship in Woodward. He loved leading others to Christ and was always there to help others. He had many hobbies including hunting, fishing, camping and traveling.
Terry is survived by his wife Martina "Marty" Creason of the home; two sons, Curtis Creason and wife Zima of Sacramento, California; Jeremiah Creason and wife Brittany of Blanchard, Oklahoma; one daughter, Jennifer Freeman and husband Christopher of Temple, Texas; one brother, Gary Creason and wife Sandy; six grandchildren, Tyler Creason, Caden Grafigna, Johanna Creason, Isaiah Creason, Gracee Freeman, Gavin Freeman; and other relatives and many friends.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Allen Creason.
Terry loved the Lord, his family, and always took great care of them.
