VIDEO: City manager talks budget, recognizes Woodward schools

Woodward, Okla. — Click below to watch a short video of City Manager Alan Riffel's report to the Woodward City Commission during Monday night's meeting.  In the report, Riffel provided assurance that there is plenty of scrutiny of the city's almost $40 million budget, including the opportunity for public scrutiny.  In addition, the city manager took the time to recognize some recent accomplishments of Woodward Public Schools, including how the Boomer baseball team recently earned the title of state runner-up.
