Woodward, Okla. —
A lease-purchase and a zoning decision are part of Monday's agenda for Woodward City Commissioners.
The meeting is set for 7 p.m. in the commission room at city hall.
Commissioners will consider 2 items involving a lease-purchase for maintenance and other equipment at Boiling Springs Golf Club.
First, they will take up the resolution to authorize the negotiation and execution of the agreement between the city and TCF Equipment in the amount of $164,327 for the equipment. The second resolution is to decide whether or not to approve the agreement.
Board members are also scheduled to approve restating the management agreement between the city, Woodward Municipal Authority and Dunn Golf Group LLC for management of the Boiling Springs Golf Course.
The rezoning is a request to change an area in the approximately 300 block of Downs from R-1 single family dwelling to C-2 general commercial district. Bryce Hodgden made the request, which was postponed from earlier in order for all the commissioners to be at the meeting.
Another proposed ordinance involves revising regulations to off-street parking and loading.
As the municipal authority, commissioners will take up the restatement of the golf course management agreement and also approve receipt of a permit for construction of 300-feet of 8-inch sewer line to serve the Lakewood Addition.
