Woodward, Okla. —
Woodward police said the investigation into an altercation in the 1800 block of 4th Street that left 2 men injured Friday night is continuing.

However, Coleman's mother, Norma Baxter, told The News her son underwent 5 hours of surgery for the injuries and remains in the Woodward Regional Hospital.
Another man, Mark Raymond, also was injured, suffering leg wounds, Wheeler said. Raymond was treated and released from the hospital.
Wheeler said police were still looking into the incident.
"There were a lot of folks involved, a lot of people live around that area, so there's a lot of he said, she said still," Wheeler said. "We're still interviewing people and it's currently still under investigation."
Wheeler said he could not give out any additional details at this point.
Weiss is being held in the Woodward County Jail. He was booked into jail early Saturday morning on a complaint of aggravated assault and battery.
Online court records do not indicate that he has been officially charged yet.
The first report on the incident came into the 9-1-1 center around 8:40 p.m. on Friday.
