Woodward, Okla. —
Monday’s morning, Woodward County Commission meeting includes a presentation from Austin Abbott with Ultimate Safety and Supply regarding fire extinguisher servicing by the company.
Commissioners will also consider whether or not they will participate in a specified property and liability company, in which they have participated before. Consideration of the maximum monthly highway expenditures is also on the agenda.
Also on the agenda will be cooperative agreements between the County of Woodward and four other county detention centers, which are:
1. Garfield County Regional Juvenile Detention Center operated by Oklahoma Juvenile Justice Services, Inc.
2. Cleveland County Regional Detention Center operated by Community Works.
3. Pottawatomie County Juvenile Detention Center also operated by Community Works.
4. Osage County Juvenile Detention Center.
The agreements provide for each county to utilize the bed space
Commissioners will also consider action regarding a project agreement between the State of Oklahoma and Woodward County for Quinlan Road starting at U.S. Highway 412 and extending northeast 6.5 miles.
The commission meets at 10 a.m. in the courthouse.
