Woodward, Okla. — In their weekly Monday meeting, Woodward County Commissioners will entertain the request for a permit from Oklahoma Natural Gas Company to bore a pipeline under a District Three road.

There is also a request for a utility permit from John Elam, who is laying the ground work for water line for a new housing subdivision south and west of Woodward.

Commissioners will approve the beginning of the rezoning process for an 18 acre tract of land belonging to James Slattery. Slattery hopes to rezone the tract from agricultural to industrial, as he has on two other separate tracts earlier in June.

Also requesting rezoning will be Fisher-Baker Limited Partnership for rezoning of Lots one, two, three, and four in block one of the Northwest Passage Industrial Park as well as Lots one, three, and four in block two of the Northwest Passage Industrial Park.

The request is to change the zoning from General Commercial to General Industrial.

The meeting starts at 10 a.m. in the county courthouse.
