— County Commissioners will approve a new amendment to the Woodward County Employees Personnel Policy Book Monday at the regularly scheduled meeting.

The amendment would allow leaders of each department to rehire employees, while accepting and considering their former years of service with regard to how vacation and sick time are accrued and alloted.

The amendment would give this exception only for former employees who have not removed their contributions from the Oklahoma Retirements System (OPERS) if the former employee has "bought back" those years not more than one time.

The meeting begins at 10 a.m. in the Woodward County Commissioner's chambers.

Also on the agenda is the transfer of Unit #319 from the Mutual Fire Department  to Woodward County District #2.

Commissioners will also approve or not approve the county estimate of needs for appropriations  for April as well as the allocation of the alcoholic beverage tax.
