Woodward County Commissioners are slated to get a visit from some Pioneer Telephone representatives during their next meeting.
The county board will meet at 10 a.m. Monday, April 14 in the Woodward County Courthouse.
According to their agenda, the commissioners will receive a presentation from Pioneer Telephone Cooperative regarding a fiber optic project.
In other business, the county board will hold a public hearing regarding the close out of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) that was used to help fund a Quinlan waterline project. After the hearing, the board will address approval of the closeout documents for the project.
Also on Monday, the county commissioners will act on the proposed appointment of Gina White to serve on the Woodward County Fair Board representing District No. 2.
A couple of routine items are also on the county agenda including the quarterly report from County Treasurer Sonya Coleman and the monthly reports from other county officers.
