Woodward, Okla. —
Woodward County Commissioners will reconsider a rezoning request for a piece of land south and a little west of the city of Woodward that drew some resistance initially from residence before an agreement was eventually reached.
The property, 36 acres owned by Fisher-Baker LP is before the board to be approved for a future hearing for the finalization of the requested change, which would be from C-2 (General Commercial) to I-2 (Industrial).
Commissioners will also entertain a presentation from Brennan M. Sebastian of ROW Construction regarding the OG&E Woodward Thistle Transmission Line.
Commissioners will also consider Claire Craighead for the Woodward County EMS Board.
In other business, after considering some equipment for disposal from the Woodward County Clerk's office, commissioners will open bids and consider the purchase of:
1. A 75 foot grader mounted packer/roller to include financing for District 1
2. 2 Cat Motor Graders that need to be sold
3. Bids on painting for the Woodward County Courthouse.
