Woodward, Okla. —
Two hearings on rezoning issues will go before the Woodward County Commission at the regular meeting Tuesday. Note: The meeting is Tuesday because Monday is the President's Day holiday.
Commissioners meet at 10 a.m. in the Woodward County Courthouse.
Scheduled are public hearings and possible action on a pair of rezoning requests.
One is from Fisher-Baker L.P. for 2 tracts of land from C-2 general commercial to I-2 general industrial. One tract is around 4.9 acres and the other is 77.27 acres.
The second request is from Louis Deviney for a tract of land with around 2.5 acres. The request is to change zoning from A-1 general agriculture to C-2 general commercial. Commissioners have scheduled possible votes on both issues.
Also on the agenda is tabulation of bids for 6 month tires for all highway districts, lease purchase and ground purchase financing for the Woodward Public Schools and a resolution disposing of 2 motor graders from the District 2 inventory.
Commissioners will also receive monthly reports from county officers for February.
