Woodward, Okla. — It's that time again.

Time for the scent of crayons, chalk dust, school lunches and sweaty gym clothes. The end of summer's long-light evenings, charcoaled burgers and a cicada song.

It's time, say officials of schools where tapping heels and voices again fill summer silenced halls, for children and parents to enroll for the 2013-2014 school year.

Enrollment for local and area school districts will be open as follows;

Woodward Middle School enrollment will take place Aug. 6th, 7th and 8th for 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for all students. Those entering 7th grade must provide proof they have had their DTaP booster shot. New students must have a birth certificate, shot records and proof of residency.
