Local, area Christmas servies

Woodward, Okla. — Several local and area churches have planned Christmas Eve or Christmas Day services, including:

St. Peter's Catholic Church of Woodward - Christmas Eve, 7 p.m. in English and Midnight candlelight service in English. Christmas Day there will be a 1 p.m. service in Spanish.

Holy Name Catholic Church in Shattuck will offer a service at 5 p.m. Christmas Eve.

Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Mooreland will offer a service at 9:30 p.m. Christmas Eve.

St. Joseph Catholic Church in Buffalo will offer a service at 9:30 p.m. Christmas Eve.

First United Methodist Church of Woodward will offer a candlelight and communion service at 6 p.m. Christmas Eve.

First Christian Church  -Disciples of Christ of Woodward will offer two Christmas Eve services. A traditional candlelight service will be offered at 5:45 p.m. A contemporary candlelight service will be offered at 11:30 p.m.

First Christian Church - Disciples of Christ of Gage will offer a come and go communion service beginning at 6 p.m. Christmas Eve and lasting until 8 p.m.

New Horizon United Methodist Church will have a candlelight communion service on Christmas Eve at 6 p.m.

Mooreland United Methodist Church will hold a candlelight communion service on Christmas Eve at 8 p.m.

United Methodist Church at Rosston and Laverne will offer a candlelight service at 5 p.m. in Rosston and 6:30 p.m. in Laverne on Christmas Eve.

First Presbyterian Church in Woodward will hold a Christmas Eve service at 5 p.m.
