Paige Woodruff and Evan Blackhurst have announced their engagement and plans to marry on October 26, 2013 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Washington, D.C.
Woodruff's parents are DW and Dolores Woodruff of Woodward. Grandparents are Boe and Billie Woodruff of Woodward, and the late Robert I. and Rose Smith. She is a 2003 graduate of Woodward High School, 2007 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, and she obtained her Master's degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University in 2011. Paige is a human capital consultant at Federal Management Partners in the D.C. metro.
Blackhurst's parents are Chuck Blackhurst of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Anne Blackhurst of Moorehead, Minnesota. Grandparents are Chuck and Sandy McHugh from Caldwell, Idaho. He is a 2005 graduate of Mankato West High School and 2009 graduate of the University of Minnesota. He earned his Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University and also serves as a consultant to federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
